Strength, Stretch, & Stamina Class
Are chronically busted (like me) and need to rebuild?
Do you want to improve your body movement or tighten your dance technique by building muscle and energy?
Not a dancer, but want to improve your balance, strength, and overall health through no-impact exercise?
Then this class has something for you!
We'll use isolations, isometric exercises, stretches, and yoga-style poses to make us stronger and more flexible, and fun, simple combos to build our stamina. Every exercise can be altered to fit your pace and abilities.
Classes will begin with a gentle warm up and end with a calm, stress-relieving cool down.
This class does NOT include cardio or aerobics.
We can rebuild ourselves! We have the technology!
What you'll need:

Comfy clothes that are easy to move in;
A yoga mat, exercise mat, large towel or blanket for the floor; A bottle of water; Anything that will enhance your workout - small weights or rolled-up towels, ankle weights, blocks or pillows for support, bands or straps for stretches, etc. |
